If no proof is given, guests will undergo more strict protocols during the voyage than those who would have shown proof of full vaccination. While Carnival Corporation owns and operates other cruise lines, VIFP Club points and benefits are not reciprocal to Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, or any other cruise brand in the portfolio. Cruise lines do regularly adjust their loyalty programs, including available perks, based on guest feedback, program growth, and operational needs. If one of these longer, more immersive itineraries had fewer high level VIFP guests, the benefits would remain intact.
